Vindico Labs works with founders, operators, organisations and innovators who have strong ideas and want to explore whether they can become a real product or venture. Submitting your idea is the first step. It doesn't create any obligation and does not initiate a commercial relationship — it simply lets us understand what you're thinking and whether it fits within our venture studio.
What Happens After You Submit
- We review the idea internally
- If it has potential, we'll invite you to a discovery call
- We may explore: prototype development, a corporate sprint, MVP planning, a venture partnership, or internal R&D support
- If it isn't the right fit, we'll let you know respectfully
There is no automatic acceptance, and we may not proceed with all submissions. Your idea remains confidential.
What We're Looking For
Ideas that:
- Solve a real problem
- Have a clear user group
- Can be prototyped quickly
- Could become a standalone product
- Benefit from our engineering capability
- Fit sectors we know: sport, care, defence, venues, transport, construction, sustainability, AI
You do not need:
Technical experience • A full business plan • Branding • Wireframes
Just a clear idea.
Before You Submit (Important)
- Submissions are reviewed internally only
- Submitting does not guarantee development
- Submitting does not assign or transfer intellectual property
- We treat submissions confidentially but recommend avoiding highly sensitive information
- Any future collaboration is subject to separate contracts
